The foliage is highly variable on this selection but stable overall. This variegated ginkgo was found as a sport of the dwarf selection 'Jade Butterflies' by Crispin Silva.  Each leaf is variably streaked with gold, green, and chartreuse.  Some leaves are heavily variegated while others are mostly green but the variegation overall tends to be stable.  Fall color is the typical brilliant gold of the species.  This plant will grow as a dense, upright plant to about 8'-12' in 10 years and about half as wide.  It can be allowed to branch low and grown almost as a shrub or limbed up and grown as a miniature tree.
